Is there a warranty?
All Elementum jewelry is covered by our unconditional no questions asked 30 day satisfaction guarantee and our 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
To ensure warranty coverage please keep your purchase receipt.
In the rare event that you have a defective piece of Elementum jewelry please contact our head office by email or phone to obtain a return authorization number (RA number) prior to returning your bracelet.
Once you have the RA number, please return the defective item, the warranty card, and your purchase receipt, to the ELEMENTUM JEWELRY COMPANY at the address provided to you.
If you need to obtain an RA number please email warranties@elementumjewelry.com or give us a call during regular business hours at 1-866-201-9376 (toll free) or try our direct line at 403-452-9101.
Upon inspection, we will repair or replace the item at our option and will return the item or the replacement to you promptly. Please note that all returns must be accompanied by an RA number and be shipped prepaid. We cannot accept collect shipments nor can we accept returns without an RA number.
How much does shipping cost?
FREE Standard shipping to anywhere in the Continental USA or Canada (approximately 5 business days) . If you are located internationally please contact us with your address and we will provide a shipping quote along with a lead time for delivery prior to processing your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will ship within two business days of our receipt of your confirmed order and you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to determine the exact arrival date of your order. Most orders will arrive within 5 business days.
What if I need it sooner?
Express shipping is available in the continental USA and Canada for an additional fee. If you have any other questions before you place your order please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
